报告简介：This research investigates the impact of pro-vaccination policies on the willingness of parents to vaccinate their underage children against HPV. Conducted through an online survey disseminated via social media platform WeChat , the study recruited 819 married or marriage-age participants over the age of 18, all of whom provided informed consent. Utilizing a survey-experimental method, the study was structured around a single-factor design. Participants were randomly assigned to either an experimental or control group, with both groups undergoing a pre-test that collected sociodemographic, capability, and needs-based data.The experimental group received an intervention consisting of detailed information about HPV vaccination policies, including measures such as free vaccinations for students, inclusion of vaccines in health insurance coverage, subsidies for low-income groups, price reductions, government promotion of vaccine-related knowledge, increased vaccine supply, and incorporation of the vaccine into routine immunization programs. A post-test assessment followed, measuring participants’ willingness to vaccinate their children against HPV.In contrast, the control group did not receive any policy information before their post-test measurement of vaccination willingness. This study aims to provide insights into how policy information affects parental decisions regarding HPV vaccinations, thereby contributing to better-informed health policy implementations.(Note: As this study is ongoing, results and further analyses are forthcoming.

报告人：杨帆，博士，硕士生导师，于美国阿拉巴马大学（全美专业排名42名）获得社会工作硕士和博士学位，现任东北财经大学公共管理学院青年教师，劳动与社会保障系副主任。主要研究领域为人工智能的社科应用、健康社会保障、儿童福祉。发表高水平英文论文 12 篇，其中第一作者和通讯作者论文 9 篇，包括 JCR 一区期刊文章 5 篇、二区期刊文章 2 、三区期刊文章 2 篇，封面文章1篇；英文著作章节一部;被引用次数332次。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、教育部人文社科青年项目、美国州级课题两项、辽宁省省级课题两项。承担多门本科与研究生课程的教学工作，主持多项教学改革项目,负责辽宁省一流本科课程一门，在线英文慕课一门，研究生精品课建设双语示范课程，发表教学改革论文1篇。荣获美国公共医疗学会突出研究荣誉奖、美国马丁路德金纪念奖青年拔尖人才、辽宁省百千万人才工程万层次人才、大连市引进重点产业紧缺人才高级人才等多项荣誉。在跨学科国内外会议上发表学术报告三十余次，持有美国注册高级研究社会工作执照（LGSW），长期担任Journal of Medical Internet Research等国际知名期刊的特约审稿人。
